Melissa was absolutely wonderful in helping us with our first home purchase. She's a hard worker, is very knowledgeable, is very professional, is very proactive, and is very personal and fun to work with. Absolutely will not give this realtor any ratings whatsoever and less we can do in negative rating. 1st it started off by her setting up an appointment with us And then canceling day of do the circumstances that I was being understanding about. I understand that sometimes things happen. Set us up with someone else to look at a property. That we had already previous looked at. We were ready to make a bid, And he had no idea what he was doing. We left and had to schedule another Appointment to put a bid in. Which we were told by Melissa and the person that she sent to cover her that no bids were placed on the home. And we were also told what amount to pay start with by Melissa. Our bed was not even submitted, They were multiple offers, And we didn't get the house So moving on Melissa had texted me in the morning saying Hi I'm back sorry didn't get the house but let's move forward. So that's how we found out we didn't get the house. At this point I was saddened to find out that they had sold it to someone else after they told us that nobody was bidding on it and told us to start low. But again set my feelings aside and tried to move on. Gave Melissa a general idea of what we were looking at bedrooms, acreage, area. She cup sending houses that did not fit absolutely any of our criteria. Again no big deal me in my fiance were looking day-and-night trying to find something that stood out to us. Schedule another appointment with her to look at houses and she basically lovely said she didn't like them let's move on. When it seemed like she knew what we were approved for and she wanted commission off of a much larger amount. Now brings us to right before the 3rd time meeting her. We had an appointment on a Tuesday in which she canceled said she already scheduled with someone else after she had scheduled with us at a certain time. Which scheduling was very important issue because mu fiance had to take off work. Then she said that she could meet on Thursday anytime between 1 and 530. So he had made sure that he had gotten off work so we could go so look at the houses that we have sent her, because she still hadn't sent us any houses that fit our criteria. Honestly she kept sending the same 8 or 9 houses through this whole time . It was almost like it was computer generated message. On Tuesday through Thursday I was still trying to confirm with her a time were meeting where we're meeting, Finally Thursday night she texted back very short Just the 1st word of the street and a time. As we pulled up on the house, I will give her credit she was there… but was on her phone and refused to walk in with us. Right after we walked in I got a text message " These people are a waste of my time".... While we were looking at the house she seriously made the big mistake of accidentally texting me talking badly about us.. I cannot believe my eyes as I looked at the phone.!! My fiance told me let's just get through the house don't say anything yet. So Van he asked her what do we have to do to relieve you as I realtor . She was like well as long as you don't buy any the houses that I looked at your free to do what you want. He then proceeded to ask, do you know I'm asking you this? She continued with saying With a complete attitude, "don't really care to know" .. That is when I told her that she has been completely un professional, And that while we were looking at homes to buy and she was texting on the phone she accidentally text me saying that we were a waste of her time. We had left, Within a few hours Contacted a new realtor , Look at 1 of the houses that we wondered to see, And was able to put a bid in. After what she couldn't do in almost a month, we did alone within a few hours.. Over all a horrible , experience.. All in all, a huge "waste of our time"..oh also, we have kids.. She told us to follow her as she did 65 in a 45.. what's the hurry?! Sorry, unsafe!! Which on here if she tries to defend herself.. I have all the texts :) she is only out for money!!

As first time homebuyers we were nervous about the whole process. Melissa helped us feel comfortable by answering all of our numerous questions. She always responded very quickly and never gave us the "pushy sales-man" routine. She helped us find a home that's perfect for our family.
